What is collected
The contact form stores the information you provide, including your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, optional budget information, and message.
How it is used
Your information is used only to review and respond to your inquiry. It is not sold or used for automated marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in the portfolio’s protected database and are accessible through an owner-only inbox. An email alert may also be sent to the portfolio owner.
Retention and deletion
Inquiries are retained only as long as they are useful for the conversation or related business records, then deleted. You may request deletion by replying to any response you receive.
Site protection
Limited technical signals may be processed to prevent spam and excessive submissions. Raw network addresses are not retained in the contact inbox.
